UV/IR flame detector SenseTronic UV/IR-229/2
The
SenseTronic UV/IR-229/2 flame detector is suitable for the detection of Hydrocarbon
fires (Wood, Paper, Gasoline, Natural Gas) and is very false alarm resistant since
UV and IR sensors do not share false alarm sources. The detector has a cone of
vision of more than 90° and is not sensitive to the radiation of most artificial
light sources, daylight and direct sunlight. 2- wire connection, 12-24 Vdc (150µA),
IP65 (NEMA 4).

UV/IR Flame detector Test Lamp T-229/2
The
T-229/2 Flame detector Test Lamp activates UV, IR and UV/IR Flame detectors that
detect at 185-235 nm UV and 4.4 µ IR radiation. For UV only detectors the
maximum distance is up to 10 meters (32 ft). The typical test range for IR and
UV/IR detectors is up to 2.5 meters (8 ft).
Like most IR Flame detectors,
the IR-44/10 and the IR part of the UV/IR-229/2 have an extra alarm criterion
by analyzing the flicker frequency of a fire. In order to simulate the flame flicker
the lamp needs to be pulse operated. For use in Safe area's only.
Mini Fire Card UE-458/2
The UE-458/2 Mini Fire Card converts the output of a SenseTronic UV-185/3, IR-44/10, UV/IR-229/2, IR-800/1, IRL-800/1 and /3 and IRL800/3REL detector into a Volt free relay contact and monitored output. The unit monitors the loop to the detector for breaks, short circuits and alarm situation. The End of Line (EOL) Resistor (4.7 K Ohm) is mounted in the (last) detector and causes a current signal for loop monitoring. The UE-458/2 Mini Fire Card features a monitored alarm output for e.g. a strobe or a horn. 24 Vdc (18-30), 30/60 mA. Output 24 Vdc, 0.5 A max.

The
Ex-proof SS4 UV/IR/vis flame detector is suitable
for the detection of Hydrocarbon fires as well as non-Hydrocarbon fires such as
Metals, Hydrogen or Ammonia (SS4-AS). Built in detector self test. Alarm,
